I'm not a trainer who read about grappling in a textbook. I've been on the mats for 7+ years, competed, and stood on the podium. I know what it feels like to train through a bad shoulder on a Tuesday because you have a family, a full-time career, and a competition in six weeks.
My background in kinesiology and human movement means I don't guess at what's breaking you down — I assess it, identify the root cause, and build a program around your body, your sport, and your life.
